@trancem5: I could be wrong, but i either got 1k in 2min 40secs or 1k in 40 seconds. I was doing it for the sylph ring quest for the 1k kill. I just assumed the 1k ~ 40 secs 0.o

how did you get 1200-1500 a min?
when i go to sdh i at most get about 360kills per minute
When i go to fdh i get about 420 kills per minute
yes im on an active kishined map.
1200-1500 definitely sounds exaggerated.
I used the legendary hunter quest to keep track of the kills and i just timed myself for a minute and then left the map immediately.
I dont know if its just me but platter can barely kill anything besides the mobs in front of it. This is because server lag and the aoe of platter is really bad. Monsters will still get hit a few times even though it dies in one shot. Also the arrows that does make pass the mobs in front are too high to hit anything else.

Just ran the numbers assuming u have 15 star tyrants and perfect gears(nearly capping out atk around 1800) and no Total dmg potentials, u need 70% atk + 24k dex to reach 6m range. With reckless
Probably 6mil TDless range (60mil soul damage w/ empress). If you cubed all your stuff to %atk (which you shouldn't), then 25k dex buffed should be more than enough (Typical perf gollux set, 10 starred tyrant, etc)
I was one hitting with both turrets with ~8m range. I could have been in excess. I don't know the minimum range required.
30k dex to one shot with just reckless hunt (turret)
if youre talking about the planted arrow blaster then you need like 27k dex and a crap ton of attack. i can give you exact numbers later tonight if youre still interested.
5-6m buffed, active platter. planted platter needs higher range.
