Got used to this setup somehow. Only buffs I actively press are Combo attack and DSI, the rest I have on pet skills. I probably should assign combo attack, crash, and hyper skills to the left hand side.

I'm probably still a noob. My pet does Maple Warrior, All Cure Potion and picks up stuff for me.

And about the bug thing, when you post two links in one post, the first link will always open up. You have to copy and past the second link.

Once I get my pet snack I'll have another pet using booster for me

I have rage+booster on the home key, pet food on shift, Cry Valhala on insert, enrage on delete, Power Elixers on pagedown, rush on space, maple warrior on m, magic crush on j, panic on a, puncture on L, combo on u, raging blow on t, rising rage on q, echo of hero on 9 and npc chat on y

For all my characters my general setup is similar.

Buffs are concentrated around P - [ =, level 200 hyper is on 0, 150 hyper is on o, main attack is on ctrl, mobbing is on del, potion is on end. Rush-type skill is on z, pull-type skill is on shift, enemy debuff is on \. Other mobbing (especially ones with cooldowns) are on space/v/b/n.

For my Hero, Enrage is on del, which was probably a poor decision since I tend to jump to reposition myself while toggling Enrage, so if I had attacked immediately before jumping, I would sometimes end up pressing ctrl-alt-del all at once and get sent to the ctrl-alt-del screen. I've since developed the habit of not pressing alt and del at the same time.

@silverfoxr: You should try and put NPC chat on 'Y' because the 'Y' key is also the 'accept' key. That setup is really different than mine's :S

Shift - Rush
X - Combo Pull
C - Panic
B - Shout
N - Rage Uprising
, - attack (just in case I need it)
. - Soul Weapon attack (in my case, I have Rock n Roll from the Spirit of Rock =p)
A - Enrage
D - Macro (booster, iron body, rage)
F - Maple Warrior
T - Cry Valhalla
Y - Magic Crash
~ - Combo Attack (since it's so high and out of the way, I just start the game by activating it =p)
6 - Epic Adventure
Delete - Ginseng potion (40% HP/MP)
Insert - All-cure potion
Page Down - Pet food.

At least, those are the important ones. I still use Z for pickup, S and K for SP/AP and moved NPC Chat to V for ease of use.
