Enslaved - 75% off now! I'm getting it!
Transistor - I know, this just came out, but it might go on sale even 30%.
Child of Light - Same as above
Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 - This got low scores from "critics" but I don't trust them.
Broken Age - if it's 75% off
Rayman Legends - if it's 75% off
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - if it's 75% off
I'm not willing to spend more than $40, so I might get only a few on my list.
Also, be careful of GFWL games. ^_^

Final Fantasy XIV is on sale for 20 bucks... o-o. Comes with one month free sub (I believe), so definitely a must buy currently.
Skyrim Legendary is sort of the only thing worth buying to me. After I was thoroughly disappointed with my purchase of Dragon Age: Origins/2/ whatever bundle from some other Steam Sale, I've been cautious about spending money haha.
@Ecyz: I believe its August, so about a few more weeks.
I bought Terraria. I'm not really interested in anything else honestly
