Can some pro kanna explain about Haku's fan multiplier with the buff and is it good to have potential on it ?

Can some pro kanna explain about Haku's fan multiplier with the buff and is it good to have potential on it ?

You get a %m.att buff from haku blessing based upon the m.att of the fan haku has equipped. At max level haku perfected, 48% of the m.att is coverted into a %m.att buff, ex: 210m.att fan gives 100% m.att, which would practically double your damage if you had no %m.att from other sources.
INT and M.ATK only. Ignore everything else as Haku's buff don't take them into damage calculation. This applies to stats, soul, and potential wise.
