Portfolio Critique

I recently came across a production company that's in need of a graphic designer and maybe a photographer/cinematographer as well, so I thought it would be a good idea to get some feedback beforehand from others. All relevant suggestions and criticisms are welcome; be harsh if you have to, I rather have honest answers than smoke and mirrors.

Thank you in advance!
You have a nice clean style but you will want to show a wider range if possible.
Good color sense too. Nice and modern.

The motivational poster design is nice but only include one.
The photos are nice but only use them if you combine design elements with them.
A few illustrations I included in my original portfolio didn't make sense to include until I appropriated them for design.
Depending on the job, whether its ui design, type layout, logo design it may help a lot if you tailor a couple pieces to that job, or make pieces that fall into multiple potential categories.

I think you may want to experiment and put in some logos, the one you have is mostly a logotype.

If you would like id be more than happy to share some work and examples. A lot of what's so appealing about
Graphic design is you can work at a desk job and do freelance to supplement income or be more creative, but ultimately you always have a fallback career in old age.
Thank you everyone for the feedback, as I really appreciate it, especially from those who aren't really into the arts. It allows me to see from the a 'client's' perspective so to speak. And I would love to view some examples of work.

I'm going to go ahead and say you don't have enough stuff in the portfolio. I don't know anything about "art" though.
And like above poster said, having a bunch of the same stuff might not be a good idea.

all the black and white clashes with all the colors.

source: dont know a damn thing about graphic design. when i look at it, i see it's disorganized and the colors clashes and all the black and white colors put me in a bad mood
I agree. @SpearCrusher You need more vibrant colors. There's a bit too much gray and black.
