When people say stuff that is racist to themselves
So im at school and a kid walks up to me, like REALLY short and hes like; "Give me your money, im black idgaf". How can people be so racial/racist towards them selves. And then there is some people are likel; "it dont matter im a minority" Why do people do this?

Sell-Deprecation is funny. It means they don't take themselves or the stereotype seriously.
But if they feel like they're unable to change something because they do believe in the stereotype then it is a concern.
