Range to cap with rapid fire

Hey guys, I was just wondering what your range would have to be (buffed) to cap with rapid fire?

I have 126k buffed with 100% pdr and, on an egged monster, I hit like 750k~800k each rf hit

Well assuming nothing else changes, you want:
1000/800 * 126k = 158k to sometimes cap.
1000/750 * 126k = 168k to always cap.

Also, please keep in mind pdr rework that gms might be getting to make ignore def stack multiplicatively...[/quote]

130k buffed here. i cap on most bosses. 60-80ish pdr, 85% boss. Having a crit ring and 100% crit (with single 4 or summon) helps.

I'm at like, 109k~ buffed and I hit cap on bosses regularly (135~ boss, with the boss and total damage being added up on all my stuff).
On normal mobs, I hit 500~600ks.
Oh yeah, and Eggs on bosses, eggless on normal mobs.

I dunno, but if this helps I can cap on regular monsters with 200-400k exploding damage (Cross Cut Blast) at 260k range without throwing eggs.

I can hit about 700~800k in Root Abyss Bosses with 210k Range, 66% Boss, 18% Total Damage and about 52% PDR.
Try going to Root Abyss. These monsters really have high def. I bet your damage will be cut by half. 120k range is kind of far from capping RF.

When you press rf really fast, like just shoot 1 bullet, the explosive damage doesn't appear.
Anyways, I have 120k~160k depending on buffs, and I can hit max or even 1.0049m. 51% boss, so around 150k range would be good?

@Schwen: Yea I know That's why i took the time to kill like ~100 monsters just to find the avg dmg of each hit xD

@Relish: I'm not sure if I had dice on, which would make it 135k if I did :o but were you hitting 500k on egg'd monster? I'm not sure if that would make a big difference or not.

@Yerenth @AsunaHatsuki Thanks, both of you I only have like 21% boss LOL so I definitely need to work on that.

to cap on regular mobs you would need a range of about 180k~200k to consistently cap with RF. but that guy above me has boss soooo. GL

I was hitting cap around 140kish range I think. I have like 90-100% boss though so if you're lacking in % boss definitely invest in some.
