Inner ability question
Hey guys,
So my current inner ability is 15% boss damage, 8% item drop rate, and a trash third line. Should I try to reroll the entire inner ability for 50% buff duration, or are there other ways to obtain permanent final cut with a lesser line of buff duration (12%) with my current inner ability? I would reroll the whole thing until you get the buff duration. Im on 50%buff duration first line and trying to roll for more on the second and third. The mechanic card gives 15%, so the final cut goes off cooldown even before it ends. Then again, im a phantom so I'm constantly swapped final cut and rapid fire.
Mmm. I have a 8% Buff line on my third line. It allows for a 4 second C/d on FC. Granted I don't use the skill anymore. While it is possible to get what you need from the third line it is very... very difficult. 15% boss is nice but personally the only two first line IAs I consider keeping are 50% buff and 30% crit. I use Dsi gloves so +1 att speed isn't needed. I currently have 30% crit thus my reason for having 8% on my third line. I say reroll the entire thing. It's very nice having to buff less often. And having permanent FC.
