Which class has the highest crit rate?
Hello! I'm wondering which class almost has nearly 100% critical rates? I found a 10% critical ring on a storage of one of my accounts and it says it gives an extra 10% crit rate with a chance of instakill. However the question is, which class has the highest crit rate? How about luminous vs kaisers(crit rate)?, Thank you for answering my question

99% crit rate on my bowmaster :] yea.... weird.
Kaiser has one of the lowest crit rate untransformed. It's a pay to get to 100%, but oh so rewarding.
Dark knights. High but maybe not the highest (buffed).
Bishops get :
5% base
40% Holy Focus
30% Arcane Overdrive
10% Level 198 hyper
10% Phantom Link
Which sums up to 95% crit, [b]with no buffs.[/b] That 5% crit can be filled up by nebs or that wiser than thou ring or your ring.
And with future level 2 links...
85% self
15% phantom link
And you get the closed 100%, without using the ring
EDIT: Another option to fill the 5% crit pre level 2 links would be Decent Sharp Eyes, but that costs way more.
