Are buccaneers able to hit through wep cancel?
I swear, every time i spam octo punch on czak once in a while i get a regular line followed by 1s. Is it my imagination?
Is it typhoon crush?

That explains a lot @above. Typhoon crush just makes your attacks do 100% pdr at 40% chance.
If it was able to pass through weapon cancel, you would have noticed way more numbers.
Any attack line from any attack has a 1% chance of dealing damage.
