Note Button on the Buddy window
So i just noticed there is a Note button right on the Buddy List window.
Everytime i press it, it says i cannot whisper a buddy who is offline.
It's not the whisper function, and i can't find any results on google on what it is.
Does anyone know of it's use?

A long time ago, there were fairly cheap NX items known as Memos that could be sent between players. Upon recieving a note, a green notification similar to a buddy or party notification would pop up and would display the message when clicked. The notes are not available in the CS anymore, as far as I can tell, and so the command is broken.
I tried pressing it. It just said i cannot whisper to buddies who are offline ._.
@achyif: And i know it's been there for awhile, i just never bothered to press it until now.

edit: it used to say that you needed a memo or something in the previous buddy UI. Nowdays it's supposed to say whisper, but it doesn't.
