So i was chasing my friend today in a field, and i tripped over him and landed on my hand. It really hurts to bend my middle finger and ring finger.

Actually go to a doctor
I broke my ankle like that and thought it was nothing. Regret not going now.

if you want to help yourself, construct an anatomic splint, reduce movement, this way you'll avoid hyperalgesia.

So... why were you chasing him?
possible sprain/broken. Did something very similar to my wrist and it took like 5 months for it to completely heal... and it was a sprain for me.
