You can always try SCP - Containment Breach.. it's currently in beta I believe but it's scary-level is ranked near Amnesias

Don't download the DLC and pirate the game then. I hate EA too, but I love the Dead Space franchise to bits.
Human Centipede.
Dead Space 3 just came out. It's not as horror-y as the games you're used to, but it's a load of fun and the designs for necromorphs are always fun to look at if you enjoy gore and dead bodies. Get a bunch of friends, be idiots in the dark, add some booze, and pass the controller around. Guaranteed good night.
