What is the most efficient way to cube?
Ok so I've only ever bought 1 cube ever before and it gave my crap results. I want to know what the best way to do this is. Like can item quality and lines drop? So if I buy the cheapest epic 3l item I can find, and then cube that to get stats I want, would that work? I mean can lines decrease and quality decrease?

@fun2killu: It's been confirmed they have a higher chance since they came out in KMS. o.o
@johny2toes: Really, how can u tell you have a higher chance?
@EpicKrazyTaco: @fun2killu: It's better to use Super cubes right from rare up. They have a higher chance of changing ranks and thus you spend less using those right from rare (or epic if you use the epic potential scrolls whenever you can)
Super Cubes have more than triple the chance of raising the potential rank.
Use super cubes every time.
I used a super cube on my Devil Horns from Hot Time and it went straight from Epic to Unique.
Dunno if I'm bumping this, but I was somewhat wondering the same thing...
My question is... what cubes should you use? If you have a rare or epic item, should you use the legendary cube? Even if you just get it to unique?
When it's unique, do you use a different cube to change the stats or... keep using legendary cube?
Thanks
i would just use regular cubes to get to unique, then use super cubes to get to legendary.

When you cube an item, its number of lines as well as its rating [Rare, Epic, Unique, Legendary] cannot go down. Cubing all depends on how lucky you are; if you're very lucky you just might end up with the stats you want, so I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy the cheapest 3L item you can find, as long as it's for Lv. 71+
