Would it be worth it to get a decent se neb if I don't plan on using se when RED hits gms?

Out of every other job in all of maplestory, phantoms NEED 100% critical. It is the biggest determinate in our DPS and out of every other job in Maplestory, Phantom's DPS is affected most with 100% critical.
I would say go for it as long as you have a decent range. No point in getting DSE if that money could
be spent more sensibly.

when RED comes most phantoms will probably use another 4th job skill like final cut or arrow platter instead of SE

@Sync55: Its definitely worth it. The extra crit % is nice, as well as the max crit damage % boost.
Phantoms benefit greatly from having 100% (or near 100%) Crit because of Carte.

Just make sure you're going to stick to phant during red.
