Well if you're looking to be mostly a support class (as in tag along with people for bosses to bind/give boss barrier or grind and give kishin), I suggest any link that gives %HP, so BT, Cannoneer, and Kaiser. I think zero would be good as well, and maybe some Cygnus links. If you want some extra damage, DA, DS, and Xenon would be 3 good ones.

you can glitch it with koc links and end up with more than 12

the same links for every other character. Ex: Kanna +10%dmg, DemonAvenger +10%dmg, Xenon +10%all stat, cannoneer +25allstat? +10%HP and MP, AngelicBurster +60/90% skill damage for like 10sec I think.
Pretty much all of them. They all have various degrees of usefulness, though some are better than others. Demon Avenger's and Xenon's can take priority of you want damage, whereas Kaiser's and Cannoneer's/Zero's are great for survivability.
