Out of body experiences?

I had a long Friday night and barely got any sleep before leaving for work on Saturday morning

As soon as I got on the bus- I knocked the hell out. Much faster than I usually do

Next thing I know everything has a dimmer hue to it and I'm sitting next to myself. Whoa, freaky. Then I'm floating around the bus and outside it following it- still watching myself. I can fly? Wat? I pass the Dunkin donuts on 17 we always pass and that's when I freak out and fly back to my sleeping body

Then I wake up and sure enough- we're driving past Dunkin Donuts

...

Anyway, anyone have similar experiences? I also used to struggle with sleep paralysis.. But compared to that this was kind of... Nice. Part of me wishes I had explored more but alas c'est la vie

The reason you opened your eyes after you passed dunkin donuts is because you knew subconsciously the route & also and how long it takes to drive from the stop to dunkin donuts. The actual "OBE" you experienced was most probably placebo from what you already know of the OBE, sleep deprivation, and a little imagination.

While it's fun to believe in these types of spiritual things, there's a pretty logical explanation for each and every case.

lmao yeah. ok.

it's like not waking up to your alarm and you think you're getting ready for school/work or whatever, but you're just dreaming everything. so no, you're not flying out of your body. you're just dreaming the future.

Every single Halloween I would get this unreal feeling and I would have to think to myself this is real
I would also get dizzy and kind of detached I don't really know how to explain it. I think I would call it
going into shock ?
