Do Link Skills reduce BuckShots effect?
So if I got a Demon Avenger + Kanna Link Skill to 2 and got 20% increase in damage does that reduce buckshots effect to 20% or does it still stay at 40%?

This is like saying if total dmg% from weapon potentials work with buckshot. It obviously doesn't.
Correct. It doesnt.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Buckshot should be applied last, after your damage is calculated. %TD should not directly affect buckshot's %reduction.
