If I lock my 29% crit IA, can I still get 1 AS?
Can I still roll for +1 Attack Speed if I lock in my +29% critical rate inner ability?

I remember hearing something about if you lock a lower tier skill, then you won't ever get +1 AS. And +1 Attack Speed only appears on the top line, so if my critical rate is on the top line already, I won't get +1 AS if I lock the CR?
Can someone clarify please? I don't remember seeing these kind of details on IA guides.

@arayuks: @nitsua2789: Thank you for the info! I never knew about that rule.
The only way it's possible to have 2 legendary lines of IA is to have used the old Azwan Circulators. It's no longer possible. If you lock that 29% crit you will be unable to get +1 atk speed.
You can only get one line of legendary tier IA. Crit 29% and attack speed +1 are both legendary lines.
@wall: Could you explain why not?
