ok you're really thinking something wrong... It has 78 int... It has 0 slots and its +10. It also has TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX matt so how is it underaverage.
it's in the bishop forum - why? It has 7 slots (while clean one has 8). AND it's m.att is below AVG (204) by 8 points... As well as lower INT (clean = 40 INT). It has to be cheaper than the clean one, that currently costs max meso~ give or take a meso or two.
I estimate about 1.7-1.6b, because it still has a resell value thanks to the remaining slots... But that's just me, others will probably disagree with me.

a. bera prices have clean fafnir staves at 8b+
