I also need to get my medal anvilled...
A scrolling promotion would be nice too, since I need to scroll my crossbow.

Inner Ability Lock or Perm Secondary Pendants Slot.

Permanent CS Throwing Stars. Those, I think, are the only types of decorative items they've never brought back in permanent form. Ugh. I want to be able to switch from my Throwing Pepes to the Shooting Star Medal frequently, although I'd happily buy 10-12 of them if permitted. >.<
