Do you think well get 8 Att 50% scrolls?
So, we're getting +8 ATT scrolls that has 50% chance of success and doesn't destroy the item upon RED update?
At first, I was like "YEAAAAH!" and then I gave it a bit of thought.
I'm not here to start a fight, I just want to share my point of view.
I'll clearly say my point here.

And I added a little poll to see what you guys think about it.
[header]Background information as to why Nexon released +8 ATT 50% scrolls.[/header]
Here is the reason why.
After Unlimited and before RED in KMS, Nexon Korea decided to release Miraculous Equipment Enhancement (MEE) scrolls.
These are basically your average EE, except that:
1. They give you huge, HUGE amount of stat boost on items. - So much boost that it'll make a normal item equal to AEEed Superior item.
2. They can be used on items that has upgrade slots left.
But Nexon decided to release MEE via events (as usual) and never obtainable through normal methods.
There was a bit of drama with MEE, which was a glitch where you could MEE an item to 24 stars...
But that's not the reason why Nexon decided to stop releasing MEE.
After all the happy MEE spree, Nexon decides to stop releasing MEE via events because it destroyed the whole point of having Tyrant and RA equipment out there.
Basically, anyone could hit godly damage as long as they had MEE. - It made hitting 2m~2m range easier... A lot easier. Destroying the whole point of Unlimited.
Now in KMS, MEE sells for about $10~$12, which can feed an average adult for 2~3 days in South Korea.
This will convert to about... $50~$60 per scroll service by GMS standards and considering we have a lot of farmers...
It'll probably get adjusted to $35~$45 per scroll service.
Per scroll service. That's ridiculous.
[header]So why did Nexon release RED and +8 ATT 50% scrolls?[/header]
RED was a clean-up to fix all these messes Unlimited has made along with MEEs.
It was covered under filthy name of 10th Anniversary.
The truth is that RED scrolls which gave +8 ATT at 50% success rate were used to calm the players who were still excited from MEEs.
Well... KMS players' reaction to the godly +8 ATT scroll was "WHERE IS MY MEE?".
MEE ruined the game, A LOT.
And Nexon decided to compensate with a less, but still godly +8 ATT scroll.
And guess what? it failed.

GMS didn't get MEE.
Because we didn't get MEE, we won't get RED scrolls.
And I have an exam tomorrow, so I'm sad.

$0.85 to $1.50 can buy a bowl of cup noodles in a convenience store.
$0.80 to $1.00 will get you a triangular kimbab, and $1.00 to $1.50 will get you 2 as a bundle.
If you eat just enough to survive, $10 is enough to survive for a week...

Yeah, I know it's off topic but if you look at it like that you can feed an American adult for less than $10 for 2-3days.
Assuming you survive on $1 burgers from McDonald's
They definitely will due to majority of players who +5ed and enhanced their weapons with aees.. many will innocense them to rescroll, of course if nexon releases Shield Scrolls and shielding wards around this time period then it'll definitely mean profit for them.. and whatever brings in profit, encourages nexon to bring.. from what I heard MEEs caused alot of players from KMS to quit so they chose not to go down that path. Not only including those who innocense but players such as myself(I've been holding my fafnir rod in my inventory without equipping for the past 4 to 5months) waiting for this patch, I definitely won't have a problem using shield scrolls myself to get the stats I've long awaited for.

Yeah, MEE would have been nice...
Only if it was obtainable through normal course of gameplay.
The stat bonus it gives is kind of ridiculous though...
It might need to be nerfed if it ever makes it to future patches.

True. GMS is already broken as it is right now.
But it's also true that all light-funded players need more free alternative ways to boost their range in order to increase supply of end-game items such as Tyrant and RA.

The only part I disagree would be $10-12 feeding a Korean Adult for 2-3 days.
I haven't heard of MEEs until very recently
But I'm not sad because we missed out or GMS would by a lot more broken than it is today
Also I would start crying if Those scrolls didn't come in RED
I never wanted MEE to come into GMS when I first heard about it, and gladly it didn't.
You have a nice point, but I still think they may release 8 attack scrolls. It's not a huge difference when comparing with Unleashed scrolls which gives 5 attack 5 all stats. For me, 5 all stats is around 2.5 attack.

I also doubt we'll get +8 att scrolls... but I'm still going to hold off on scrolling my weapon just in case. It can't hurt to wait...
To be fair... MEE's are kinda broken...
More people would complain due to ridiculously high attk weapons and tyrants that most people wouldn't be able to afford...
Would have been nice for "buffing" up the community against the unbeatable bosses though
