To you and @123445: It's a big deal because this is strictly a maple community with maple related things. Sure, mr. Basil accepted it for whatever reason but it's unappreciative towards other basilers who are actually making maple related artwork and not getting as much fame as this unrelated one. This also happened with @ItamiMerodii. She got the same bashing comments. If she gets them then so can this girl. It's the same for everyone who does this. Another picture could've gotten the fame it deserved for it being maple related. I don't think @Doutei is making a big deal out of anything IMO. You have to understand. And so does this artist. There are ways to post your artwork in non-theme specific sites such as deviant art. Her choice not to take advantages of these websites leads to these sorts of conflicts. Don't get me wrong. Her picture is outstanding but the fact that it's not maple related and it's being posted on a maple website leads me to dislike some more. If I saw this on deviant art where it should be, my view of this art would be different.

If you haven't noticed, @MrKratos Has pointed out that she did this not once, but [b]twice[/b], and this is the second screen btw. There is no contribution being made to basilmarket when people upload non-maple stuff and hog up the FP slots that others could have randomly gotten. All this does is disappoint the basilers who just uploaded screens today to realize they lost in the lottery for FP real estate. Also being a slap in the face to past submitters. If people wanted something new to look at they'll just go on tinypic, imigur, d-A or even google-images for em.
Let one person slide, and a few others will do the same. This is quite the contagious disease.
