@ThanhnuFia, your faces have improved a lot! I think your hands still come off as a bit stiff, though. You should try taking reference of your own hands. Also, check out the artist Alphonse Mucha. His hands are always elegant and dynamic, albeit exaggerated pose-wise.

Your lineart has improved alot. However the proportions of her hands throws me off, considering how small they are compared to her head, and the right thumb looks a little awkward. Keep it up though

Some constructive criticism, her upper body is nearly at a 90 degree angle (facing towards you) in comparison to her legs. The torso should be more parallel to her legs... the waist looks awfully twisted :x
very good! constructive criticism: the wing at the end of the staff is too transparent and I think it might've been better if you left it opaque but other than that, this is a great piece of work.
