Thanks for the advice everyone (-@rockboarder). I'll be sticking with these current equips for the moment except for the possibility of going for a helisium or nova cape and belt. I've also been saving up for a windreaver (still have a long way to go) but I'll get in eventually Thanks again for your advice and happy mapling.

Hmm, dump the Evo Ring 17 and replace it with a 6% Unleashed, or a Dark Critical ring when they come out. If you can afford it, definitely consider an empress cape, but Ive been looking for one forever, and no dice, so currently, im using an elite helesium cape. Link skills help alot, if you dont have them yet, they add alot of damage especially demon avenger and kanna, while Kaiser and Cannoneer add much needed HP to the fragile bowman.
Mystic face and eye is pretty good as well.

I can't believe you told him to get a tyrant cape.
OT- All of your empress pieces are unequipped, right? You could shuffle them around and i/chaos/of goodness them and innocence till you get some decent attack ;o and if you have unique potential scrolls, you could use them on pieces of equipment that affect your damage most (i.e. prioritizing weapon and secondary, then things like gloves that can get decent SE or SI, or Min/Max crit rate damage) I wouldnt particularly bother potting anything that's not third tier that you aren't going to stick with, and for now, even the ones that you are going to stick with. Also, I don't quite understand what your gloves are? But you could get empress ones for the 7 set effect c:
