Does arrow platter even work?
Arrow platter's skill description says that it can hit up to 4 monsters, so you would think that it would be great for mobbing. However, last time I tried it, arrow platter only hit 1 monster. Does arrow platter actually hit 1 monster or did BM's just get Nexon'd?

Because it has KB and its not primarily a mob skill, its for handling bosses that surrounds themselves with Minions (Ark, Von, Empress,etc)
Anything outside this [url=http://www.southperry.net/maplerange.php?ltx=-60&lty=-60&rbx=60&rby=10&size=1366]box[/url] will not be splashed on. At least if I am interpreting it correctly.

It hits 4 monsters, but there is a catch. Those 4 monsters need to be on top of each other give or take a few pixels.
It uses splash damage, like inferno. You hit a mob and the damage splashes onto nearby mobs, too
