Tip regarding chat hackers

So, I was a little skeptical about these chat hacker rumors, but yesterday I received an invitation from somebody like "dkfsjafb" and obviously declined it and disabled my chat. However I decided to do a little more investigating, and did /find. To my surprise, he was in the fm entrance. After searching around the fm entrance some more, I found one other guy with a name like "sknsfkn." Now is this 100% positive that these guys were chat hackers? Of course not, but I would think it is good enough evidence to post on basil and warn people. Now obviously if somebody sends you a chat that seems suspicious, don't accept it.

But the main reason I posted this? Be more cautious while in the fm, because it appears they hide among the tons of people, and chat random people in the fm entrance. Just warning you guys when to be more careful.

@MegGriffin: That doesn't make them a hacker. To make them a hacker they have to get into your account via keyloggers and other things. Selling mesos to you is against ToS but it doesn't count as hacking. In terms of buying mesos from them, yes there's always a chance they will scam you. I can't speak for these ones in the FM, but I do know there are certain trusted and highly vouched sites that sell mesos, although I will not mention they're names nor have I ever used their services. But it seems many other people have.

Thanks for the heads up this was a very useful tread, though it makes me scared to go in the FM now.
There is always people who spam chat invites at people to advertise in addition to the ones just saying stuff in general chat. I always get them when I go in the fm.
Once again, you could be right, and as stated in the thread, this is not 100% proof, but i'm just warning other basilers from the things I encountered and due to the rumors going around about these chat hackers right now to be extra cautious around the fm.

Of course I took this into account too while I was investigating, and while there were meso website sellers spamming, the two people I found were just standing there. And one of them was the one who had chatted me. So that is why I took suspicion. They were not spamming anything, unlike the characters constantly spamming about meso selling websites.
