Jetts are flashier but their skills just don't work very well. They're a fast class with a 4th job mobbing move that makes them move really slowly and hit like freaking 3 pixels in front of them. They're a long-ranged class with a short-ranged lvl 170 hyper skill. Honestly, Jetts are just all around not designed well. Like I think Nexon wasn't thinking of how Jetts would train when they were revamping the class, they were just throwing skills onto them.
Sairs aren't the best class either, their 4th job mobbing moves both have some abnormality about them. Easton has a weird lag time and the ship's bombs bounce around weirdly.
Sairs are better, that's for sure, though when I was training them to 200 they were both kind of a pain.

I believe jetts currently have the weakest rapid fire/hurricane type skill-perhaps intentionllay set by nexon for a possible tuning buff in the future.

Mobility I would give to jett, though sairs are quite mobile themselves. Mobbing I would also give to jett because in my view cosmic upheaval is the bees knees, however many may not enjoy the back up beat down game play of moving like a turtle

Jett's mobbing is atrocious. Their mobility is good though.
Sairs absolutely out damage them, though.

Jett's good.
They're easy to make OP.
They have great mobility, and spamming the regular attack button combos into 4 moves nicely.
They can drag mobs from platforms above to right next to them, too. It's useful.

@TheKingslayer:

Well, they both use a version of rapid fire with the same attack speed. The difference is that corsair has a final attack that activates 100% of the time, so corsair rapid fire has a hit count that's twice as high. Corsair also has Parrotargetting, a very useful bossing skill which there is no Jett equivalent of.

The Jett final attack hits for a lot, but only has a 2% chance to activate. It's not really reliable.
Sairs are definitely better for bossing
They both train ok
They are both mobile
Jetts don't need bullets
What makes the sair the better bosser? Also why are they so rare? Whats wrong with them?

I wanted to try a firearm using character so naturally I made a sair first. Thought it was ok at first, hated it later on. Made a jett and its really fun so far at least.. im pretty sure someones gonna burst my bubble and show me why the class fails so im kinda waiting on that "why jett sucks" speech.
