Unbanned from a perma ban

So after all of these years using Nexon's ticket system, I finally found one of them that interested and affected my game playing.
Recently I was permanently banned for 3rd party programs.

Here's the ticket I sent:

Details: To whomever it may concern,
I've been a very long MapleStory player and have spent countless hours, days, weeks, and years playing your game.
I've accomplished many Maple goals that many may never. I've reached level 200, made countless friends, and became practically a celebrity. (Though I'm still aiming to reach my goal on getting the medal, haha.) I've invested thousands of dollars on Nexon Cash/Karma Koin, and today I lost it all. Last night, I was training at Galloperas on my newly made Phantom (foolish of me, I know, considering it's a hacker hotspot) when a hacker came into my map. (They've constantly entered my map, but I've always been able to avoid them by changing channels.) However, this time was not the case. While I was training, a Gallopera flew into my direction and hit me. Almost dying, I spammed the attack key in the effort to kill it before it killed me. (I was out of health potions). After killing it, I was disconnected. When I tried to relog, it said I was PERMANENTLY banned. Pretty severe for something I didn't do..
All I'm asking is that you unban me and let me enjoy the game I have been for playing for years and have invested so much in. I can't see myself starting over after all this. I JUST bought a $50 Karma Koin card for my Phantom so I could buy NX clothes, 2x cards and a hyper teleport rock.

In response to my ticket, I've received another ticket that made me quite happy at 3AM.

Dear Mapler,

Thank you bringing this to our attention regarding your current account status. I apologize if any of the messages you see were unclear. I understand that it be very confusing regarding the cause of your restriction. Again, I am sorry this issue occurred to you.

Upon investigating your account, our records indicate that your account was banned after being found using a malicious third party program. Please be informed that this is a violation of our Terms of Use. However, I have decided to grant you one last chance to see if you are able to play by the rules.

I do understand that sometimes players may not think of the consequences of their actions when they choose to use these types of programs. Your account will continue to be monitored. If any abnormal activities are found again, certain restrictions may be placed on your account.

Before we release your account, please be sure that you are not running any third party programs that may enhance your game play. It is also recommended that you disable any unnecessary programs while playing our games.
