I've gotten a doomsday staff off krexel on a regular drop + the drop % from Showdown but, I don't think that 20% is that much of an impact.

I've killed Krexel a number of times on like 5.5x drop and I have still never gotten a doomsday staff.

@lamato: alright thanks, I got a stonetooth to drop from nintos. Guess I'll keep trying.

@theminimalist: I know Nintos drop the Stonetooth 2-handed sword, but they could also very likely drop the staff too since those two weapons seem to go hand-in-hand in terms of drops. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm pretty sure it should be the same in Reboot.

@lamato: Do you mean nintos? Still haven't gotten one from Krexel yet, could the drop rate be changed in reboot?

I got a Doomsday Staff today while farming badges. It was probably from Firebrands (in Inferno Chamber, if you care).

Krexel drops the staff very frequently. The bosses in Ninja Castle do as well.

I found one while doing the crimsonwood exchange questline

@theminimalist: I just checked it real quick and went through 1-20, and found 4. I did have x2 buff on though.

@xxjarakudaxx: I just killed probably about 8 bigfoots without any dropping. Did it take a long time to get one?

I just found 4 while checking though the channels killing bigfoot.
