Whites, or Asians, most likely. BECAUSE most of them come from developed countries and have the skill to literally detonate an entire continent if they wanted to (hint: atomic bombs, nuclear warfare). So basically the largest group of people who come from a substantial science background. However, there wouldn't be much of a fight and the whole world would be destroyed if a war was to spark... it would just be people launching missiles at each other.
