Lifters/ Gym Buffs/ I got a question Hello gym junkies, I want to start lifting seriously and I have a question on protein shakes/ supplements. Can anyone recommend me a specific list of supplements that I should use and when I should consume them? From quick research, I came up with: Pre workout: Optimum 100% Whey protein powder Multivitamin (or fruit) BCAA Post workout: Another dose of whey protein powder Carbs Multivitamin (or fruit) Basically, can someone educate me on what I should take to build mass? (I'm skinny so getting fat isn't an issue here)

Highschool Ap class decision Hey guys, I'm a rising senior this year planning to take Ap Stats, Ap Psych, and Ap Computer Science. I took Ap Bio and Ap Enviro Science as a Junior. But i don't really want to take Ap Comp Sci. I'm pretty much just taking it to have it on my transcript and for the sake of another Ap class. I know I am going to get a 1-2 on the Ap exam... so should i even take it? Does the difference between 4 Aps compared to 5 Aps on my transcript make a difference in the eyes of college administrators?
