I assume there is one because mine capped at 10 or something.

no it's capped at 30, but you need to use the 20 first then the 30. Also, since the Red update, all skills mastery are raised by 2 books only (20 and 30) which are sold at potion shop in Leafre and Henesys
Is the cap for Aria at 20 now? Those guides are really outdated
Buy a mastery 20 book from the salesman in Leafre. It is 100%. Or you can hope a priere 20 book works (70%) if you decide to pay for one/get lucky with a MMB.
