Shadower - Night Lord comparison

Hi all,

With the new Shadower changes,I'm trying to decide if I should change jobs or not so I have a few questions.

1) How are they compared to NL's in terms of mobbing/bossing?
2) How much damage per line would I get on Assassinate and Boomerang step with ~470k?

Thanks in advance

Pretty much what the first post said. No point in being a shad Unless you can hit over cap or you Are playing for the fun of it. And by the sounds of 470k range, You won't be hitting over cap. With 470k, you can hit like 70-80m lines with Nate. Not sure about b step.

Edit: shads are terrible compared to NL in terms of mobbing. And in terms of bossing, if you aren't hitting over cap, NL's. And even if you are hitting over cap, NL are still better until you can cap with shads at their modified cap

i went through all the thief classes, and i like db the best doe. i wouldn't recommend NL, id rather pick shadower but its really too slow for my taste
i've always liked the shadower because of its tankiness. now that its attacking skills have less delay, and less body counts, i might job change back to shadower. i want to try night lord also, but 2b for a claw (and now even more) = nty...
Arent daggers like 2x-3x more than claws? lol

i tried both and with max funds i enjoy nl more than shad
shads do hit hard but if u cant fund enough to use their overcap smg skills then there is really no point in them
