Need help plox
Ok so ivebeen working out for a while now and ive started to see my gains but you can never have enough gains so i was thinking of ways to get more gainsand all of a sudden a shake weight commercial came on and the dude on the commercial looked pretty Swollberham Lincoln so i thought that "wow hes so swollbody i should get a shake weight" so im just wondering if anyone has used a shake weight and could give me a sold workout routine with it. Sure, shake weights are actually rly useful.
What you do is take a slab of frozen chicken out from the freezer, let it thaw for a few hours, and slap it onto a cutting board. With the shake weight, you're now able to pound the living daylights out of that slab of chicken. It's a really nice tenderizer. This leaves you with a perfect cut of meat that will assist you with your gainz.
