Not all fast weapons cap speed by only using booster though, There are fast (5) and fast (4) weapons and only fast (4) or higher can cap speed with only using booster.

doesnt Xenon have a skill in 3rd that adds 1 to attack speed? and arent the weapons already fast(?)?
