Luk needed for max avoid?
How much LUK do you need for 9999 avoid, and for you who reached it, does mobs often miss on you or does it barely help?
I currently have around 2700 luk and 4000 avoid

OT: Yes it does matter. I recently was comparing the avoid of Archers. So I will just post that convo below to see the difference:
Ancient Mixed Stone Golem=790 Accuracy
Sqr790=28

Sqr9999=99
1) .99-.28=.71 Avoid
2) .71*1.3Evasion Boost= .923 Evasion reduced to .9 Evasion due to 90% cap
3) [.9+.3Illusion Step]-[.9*.3]=93% Evasion Rate
[b]Marksman with Extreme Archery (half Avoid)[/b]
Sqr4999=70
1) .7-.28= .42 Avoid
2) .42*1.3Evasion Boost= .546 Evasion
3) [.546+.3IllusionStep]-[.546*.3]=68% Evasion Rate
Next lets compare Shadow Shifter skills to Evasion Rate skills of a BM and WH. Assuming the avoid cap isn't reached and the average archer has 4999 as their stat and at Ancient Mixed Stone Golems.

3) 67% Evasion Rate
Buffed up I have 3016 LUK (918+2098) and I only have 6322 weapon avoid and 6169 magic avoid, if that helps at all.
Physical Avoid is calculated as follows:
DEX + 2*LUK + Avoid From Equips
Magical Avoid is calculated as follows:
INT + 2*LUK + Avoid From Equips.
this is you hitting monster but works the same in the other way around: HitRate = sqrt(YourAcc) - sqrt(MonsterAvoid) + 100
Mob Level > Avoid > Sqrt(Avoid)
11-20 > 1 > 1
21-30 > 4 > 2
31-40 > 8 > 2.83 (would be 3 if Avoid was 9)
41-50 > 16 > 4
41-60 > 25 > 5
61-70 > 36 > 6
71-80 > 49 > 7
81-90 > 64 > 8
91-100 > 81 > 9
101-110 > 100 > 10 (Zakum: 144/12)
111-120 > 121 > 11
121-140 > 144 > 12
141-160 > 169 > 13
160+ > 225 > 15 (Pink Bean: 625/25)
