Oh my god. seems legit. You wouldn't even be able to walk with that.
Look at a U.S. Soldier in combat gear. That would be my set up.
Good luck finding dragunov ammo... but to attatch items, put the rifle in your weapons window, then right click the window to bring up an "attatchment" window that lets you put things on there.
Of course, I decided to go for a smaller rifle (I'm assuming a light rifle) and simply attatched a scope and suppressor to it. You don't really need more than that overall. As for my secondary weapon (I went a bit unrealistic with it, but whatever), I chose the Mac 10 with suppressor and the machete for my melee.
I made certain to load my character with bags in order to carry (primarily) survival gear.
I hate this. They won't let me put a silencer on my dragunov.
