What scroll should I use on my weapon?
If I was able to buy 4-5b worth of clean slate 10%(~40m in scania), should I attempt to perfect my weapon with 15%, 30%, or 70% spell traces? I also need to get some 50% hammers for it.

Yeah I think you need closer to 10-15 B to perfect. The OP should just yolo 30% a weapon for now until he gets enough mesos.

30%'s, Save some money and invest them in some other equips as well!
I say 15% if you invest in shield scrolls too, 30% if you don't.
Go for 15%. Not enough mesos? Keep saving then. Unless you don't care much about 20 att more, so 30%
