@Feeling: Considering the amount of time it would take. Yes. 350 people is honestly not a lot and when you hear the popular "Oh sorry I wasn't paying attention am wathcing a movie", in Stronghold and the norm is to afk train, it's obvious that it is the truth.

every single person of the [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/rankings/overall-ranking/legendary?pageIndex=347]350+[/url] people that have made it to level 230 or above have either leeched or afk-trained to get there? that's a pretty bold assumpion.

Well no one "reaches" 250, or even in the 30's. Everyone around that level has only gotten that far from either leeching or afk training, none of which are done by the person themselves so imo they don't deserve the respect for it.
I'm not really in favor of this actually. After dropping bils on pendants/exp buffs and hours worth of exp, people who outspend me will easily surpass me if I don't join the bandwagon... It's not like I ever got that much exp anyways but this will simply widen the gap that much more.
