Title. It seems my Kaiser isn't even as good as my hero who's only 6 levels higher, and my Kaiser is the one with the better equipment and stats...

Can't really tell you the reason unless you give up an idea on what your equipment and levels are. Low-mid levels could be the reason, and low-end equipment on both characters could also be the reason. Kaiser beats out most classes once funded, but unfunded there are plenty of classes that out-do them.
Well, if your kaiser was level 98 and Hero was 104, the difference between a job advancement might be why. Or Heroes just got buffed in RED.
Because your Kaiser has weaker lines? Kaisers don't as high as a lot of classes but we're hella fast which makes up for it.
