Uk to Us shirt size

I wanna buy a shirt on ebay, but it's from the UK so the sizing goes like 10, 11, 12, 13, 14....etc.

what size would be the equivalent of a large or an extra large in the US?

thank you for actually answering my question. from what I can gather off google it looks like this is probably what I'm gonna need to do.

sheesh relax. I've already tried googling it but nothing is answering it in a way that I can understand. I need something that'll convert it to S, M, L, XL. Everything just comes up with numbers, for US and UK, and I don't understand it very well. Sorry for troubling you so much.

UK mens shirt sizing is also small/medium etc. Make sure you're not buying women's/girls attire.
