If I innocence scroll an item that "will not be destroyed upon scroll failure" will it retain this characteristic?
Also, does this effect apply to enhancements still? (5 star, 2 star, etc.)

Kk I did it and just in case anyone was wondering it does keep it.
I you use an innocence and fails I think nothing will happen...
If it works it goes back to the way it was, :S...
