All I'm saying is that it should be easier for you to ignore the thread title on the main page (where the title takes up only a little space on the screen) than for other users to ignore your comments in the thread as they take up more of the space. But I guess by arguing with you I am also doing the same by going off topic so I'll just leave it at that.

They're more updated with recommendations than Basil will ever be, so why even need to come to here for that? If you haven't noticed, a majority of the recommendations ITT have nothing to do with OP's tastes. Since you've seen my posts in other threads, I mention the exact same thing.

Dude, do you post this in every anime/ manga recommendation thread? New anime's/ manga's come out and recommendations need to be updated. It's not even filling up the forums, if it bothers you so much why do you take the time to comment? Not like someone won't make a new thread just because you complain about it.

I guarantee you at least 75% of the titles listed ITT were not tailored to anime you listed. These Basilers are giving you recommendations for anime they like -- they have nothing to do with what you like, and that's the problem. What's the point of starting a thread like this if only a measly fourth of the recommendations are legitimate? You would get a better return by just using Google or MAL. If you honestly think Nisekoi is a good recommendation when you like SAO, you're better off just watching anything you can find.

These threads are literally posted on a daily basis and mods do absolutely nothing about it. We have a rule that limits SAO2 posts to a single thread, but we still don't have a quarantine for recommendation threads despite after all these years. At this point in time, I have no reason to be polite or play the passive-aggressive game; it's a waste of my time and your time if I beat around the bush with flattering words.
