My Maple Love Story
Hello Basil,
About 3 months ago, I came back to Maplestory, after quitting for a while because my 608 got deleted (and I got hacked the next day) but thats another story.
I met this wonderful girl in my former guild, Condition. Let's call her Jane. Anyways, Jane had a great personality and she was the nicest person I've ever met. She added me to her buddylist, and I've been trying to get her to notice me for about a month or so, however we never got that close until I asked my buddylist for help on a homework assignment. She added me on Skype, and we chatted about life and my assignment. The conversation went on for hours, until she had to go to bed. At this point I was totally crazy about her.
The next day, we webcammed with each other, she was gorgeous and I was falling in love. We talked to each other the entire day. That night, I could not sleep at all. I was too busy thinking about her. I was completely smitten.
I found out that she only lived about 1 hour from me. I was in love with this girl. I knew she was interested in me too, from her body language and how she reacted to my cheesy jokes, etc. I skype called her at night, and we revealed our feelings for each other. I told her that I would meet her. Now. I drove the entire 1 hour, the only thing on my mind was her. Her pretty smile, her melodious laugh, her beautiful curls of hair.
When I arrived at her house, I knocked on the door. (I know this may seem creepy to you guys, but I assure you, I'm not a stalker, nor a creep) She opened the door, and invited me in. We greeted each other with a hug. I loved this girl. I went in for the kiss, and she kissed me back. I stood there holding her for a few seconds, she was melting in my arms, until she pushed me away. She said "I can't do this yet... I...". I was confused, and responded, asking her why? Perhaps she had a boyfriend, another lover? Maybe she didn't like me back. She whispered "I need..." I was really confused at this point, I asked her "What do you need?". She leaned closer, I could smell her pleasant perfume. She whispered in my ear, "I need about tree fiddy." It was around this time I realized my beloved Jane was about 8 stories tall and a crustacean from the Paleolithic era. That god damned monster had tricked me again! "god dam it monsta i aint givin you no tree fiddy!" I shouted to her as she swam away. Playing Maplestory has never been the same before. I never told anyone about what happened, because it was weird and nobody would believe me anyway. Of course I'm telling Basilmarket, but isn't that what the internet is for? Telling strangers your secrets?
