I have no idea what bow prices are and I thought @ around 150+ atk, 1 more atk will cost a lot (kinda like how claws were pre-BB or how gloves work). So, 1.3 should be a good start?

Okay, I saw this Crimson Arc-something bow on FM. It was +9 with 155 Atk, with 3 lines pot (forgot if it was epic or rare): +10 Atk, +6% or +8% crit, and a crap line for 1.5b. It says leave offer, should I offer like 1b or something?
