In Australia ( I'm not sure if this applies in the US ), we have a law that lets people with a mental illness who've committed a crime, have an easier sentence/no sentence at all.
Maybe you could debate on whether they should be treated like the rest of us?

Your BasilID makes me think of psychological evidence in court rulings. Stuff like, should a person get a weaker sentence if he/she's mentally disabled or something. Not exactly, but close enough.

Well I was already thinking of doing illegal immigration..didnt want to homosexual marriage its too common and someone in my class already took that topic but thanks for everything else!
