Random damage increase after patch
I remember reading on Orange Mushroom that an extra damage multiplier was added, based on monster and player levels.
I don't see any mention of this on patch notes, but I'm hitting a consistent 30% more damage on everything. (bosses and mobs)
My class is NL, so skill damage did not change
70 extra AP doesn't translate into 30% damage
What am I missing here?

I dont think it's level or combo related
I've asked a couple people in my BL, seems like it's only affecting NLs

I think it was actually a bonus because of multikills? Or maybe that was extra exp... I'm not sure actually.
I think the way pdr works may have changed

Well I had the increased damage output on Hell Mode Gollux's gem, and it's the same level as i am think...
If you are stronger than the monster you will have boosted damage. this was put in to help with all monsters under 140 increased hp but for hoh it doesnt make that much of a difference since mobs have significantly lower hp.
Sorry I can't help but my friend is also a Nightlord and is doing 5m more on everything as well and we have no clue why. I hope you, and I find out It's pretty nuts
I believe it has something to do with the level difference thing? If you are over the level, you get boosted damage or something. Not 100% sure though
