2nd Job Skill for Brawlers
Should I max tornado uppercut or corkscrew blow? It's been many years since I've played (quit before Big Bang) and I'm just playing a little again. I'm trying to find a decent guide for buccs, but many are outdated. It seems as if all other skills are maxed except for one of these, and each guide gives a 50/50 on which to max. Tornado uppercut seems stronger and may be used most of the time when in the charged state, but you can't jump attack. Corkscrew does rush anymore nor gives i-frames and seems to do less damage, but you can jump attack and have more mobility (it seems). Which of these should I max and the other just dump the remaining points to?

2nd job-don't max tornado
3rd job- don't max static thumper( the skill where you punch the ground)
4rth job- max nautilus last
You used to be able to link corckscrew with spiral assualt. Tornado uppercut is useless really its just a dump skill now. It used to have a use in the past to stun enemies to do more damage.

I maxed corkscrew since you can link it with spiral assault. The only time I used tornado after 2nd job was to kill multiple arms at once at zakum. Either way, you won't be using any when you reach 4th job--that's when the things get really fun. I actually don't think I use any of my 3rd job skills, other than dice of course.
Haha yeah, I loved the way i-frames were designed before... made up for our low dpm. Alas the fun is over, but can't go back I guess I'll just max Tornado Uppercut then because it seems slightly more useful. I'm guessing neither skills are pre-requisites to later skills then. Thanks again guys!
Your not a true bucc unless you max corkscrew. RIP invincibility frames.
To be honest ever since the RED "Revamp" you wont be using either past 2nd job. Since cork screw no longer rushes its practically useless outside of 2nd job(Practically useless period). Tornado upper will rarely be used outside 2nd job but atleast it has more uses then CorkScrew. I personally would max Tornado upper since it can travel to platforms below and hit enemies, but you wont be really using either when you hit 3rd job so just go with whether one you like using the most.
