Radiant Whip, Radiant Wave, Soul Pointer, and Solar Whip all seem too overpowered, just reduce the hits and % they deal. Mihile's Roiling Soul should be a toggle buff, and his mobility should be like revamped WA, TB, and DW.
I don't agree with removing Expert Sword Mastery, Righteous Indigenation, and Intense Focus though.
Why did you make skills do so much % damage?
2400% damage in 3rd job on a spammable skill?

We should get a lot more defense, maybe another buff. After all, Mihile is supposed to be the defensive class.
And AMEN to the Radiant Wave, my Mihile's range is lacking.

sounds nice but i would love to keep the current gameplay with just a toggeable rolling soul, faster rush and maybe another line for fpa assault ( damage its amazing with the current buff of kms that 417% <3)

Some changes are a bit off from mihile's gameplay, i can even tell you my version of a revamp for mihile.
Roiling Soul as a toggle would be better.

I think you should've have Mihile's revamp look more like the Dawn Warrior revamp, seeing Mihile is their teacher and all.
Plus, why did you change his Hyper Skill? 20% PDR? We have Luminous or Zero for PDR. I think his Stance skills is ok as is.
Instead of Maple Warrior it should have Call of Cygnus.
I'm going to assume radiant wave is as fast as FPA. 4800% single target w/o buff, too much. Nerf it to 250-300%.
